The proposed experience
Trust gets better with time.
A founder circle is designed around continuity. The same small group meets regularly, learns the context behind each company, and creates a place to return with the next chapter of a challenge.
We intend to group participants by useful overlap in stage, challenges, and availability. Matching will consider potential conflicts and the needs of the people in the room.
A possible session rhythm
- A short check-in on what has changed since the last meeting.
- One or two deeper conversations about a current challenge.
- Questions and relevant experiences from the group.
- A personal next step, with optional follow-up at the next session.
Clear expectations make a better experience.
Participation should be respectful, prepared, and consistent with our community guidelines. Ask permission before recording, sharing notes that identify another participant, or making an introduction.
Programs offer peer experience and discussion. For decisions that need regulated professional advice, engage an appropriately qualified adviser.
